“二手房”pre-owned house
　　房價(jià)始終是萬眾矚目的焦點(diǎn)。一份數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全國70個(gè)大中城市6月份房屋銷售價(jià)格同比上漲7.1%；數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)顯示，二手房6月份的銷售價(jià)格同比上漲7.8%，漲幅比5月高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

　　The sales prices of pre-owned houses jumped by 7.8 percent in June. That was one percentage point higher than in May. Shenzhen and Beijing are still among the top four cities in terms of price hikes, with growth rates of 16.1 percent and 9.4 percent, respectively.
　　報(bào)道中的“pre-owned house”指的就是“二手房”。
　　“Pre-owned”在此表示“used”，“secondhand”。由此，與“新房”（newly-built house）相對的“二手房”有時(shí)也可表達(dá)為“secondhand house”。
　　不過，相對而言，“pre-owned house”更為常用。
