四、結(jié)關(guān)

　　4-1 課文：All import cargo has to be landed at the customs port and should not be removed out customs control without the written permission of the customs authorities.

　　注釋：land: 靠岸，到達(dá)，登岸 remove: 移動(dòng)，搬走，拿走 without：沒(méi)有，無(wú) ...

　　課文意思：所有進(jìn)口貨物必須在海關(guān)港口靠岸并且未經(jīng)海關(guān)當(dāng)局的書(shū)面許可不可以移出海關(guān)的控制范圍。

　　4-2 課文：Before permission is given to remove the goods out of customs control, the owner or agent is required to submit a Bill of Entry, Customs Declaration or Inward Permit, as may be prescribed by law, in the prescribed form to enable the customs authorities to examine and appraise the goods.

　　注釋：out of:　在...之外，在...范圍外　owner: 貨主 submit: 遞交，呈遞 Bill of Entry: 報(bào)關(guān)單 Customs Declaration: 報(bào)關(guān);海關(guān)申報(bào) Inward Permit: 進(jìn)口許可證 enable:　使能夠，使成為可能　examine: 檢查，檢驗(yàn) appraise: 估價(jià)

　　課文意思：在貨物移出海關(guān)控制的許可證簽發(fā)之前，貨主或其代理必須根據(jù)法律的規(guī)定，以規(guī)定的格式遞交進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)單，海關(guān)申報(bào)單或進(jìn)口許可證，以使海關(guān)當(dāng)局能對(duì)貨物進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并估價(jià)。

　　4-3 課文：The Bill of Entry usually contains particulars such as value, quantity , description of goods, name of the ship, port of shipment, and such other particulars as may be prescribed by the customs authorities. These particulars have to tally with those contained in the relevant import manifest.

　　注釋：description of goods: 貨物的品名port of shipment: 裝運(yùn)港 prescribe: 規(guī)定，指示tally with：與…相符，與…一致

　　課文意思：報(bào)關(guān)單通常包含價(jià)值，數(shù)量，貨物的品名，船舶的名稱，裝運(yùn)港等詳細(xì)信息，以及其他海關(guān)當(dāng)局可能要求的詳細(xì)信息。這些詳細(xì)資料必須與相關(guān)的進(jìn)口載貨清單中包含的信息一致

　　4-4 課文：The customs authorities have power to examine the goods imported.

　　注釋：have power to do sth. : 有權(quán)做某事 examine: 檢查，檢測(cè)

　　課文意思：海關(guān)當(dāng)局有權(quán)檢查進(jìn)口貨物。

　　4-5 課文：The examination may be physical – visual inspection, counting, weighting, measuring, chemical test, etc. — or documentary, that is calling for relevant documents such as invoice, banker’s note, policy of insurance for verifying the value, quantity or description of goods.

　　課文意思：檢查的方法可以是物理性檢查——肉眼檢查、計(jì)數(shù)、稱重、丈量、化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)等。 —— 或是文件的檢查，既要求提交相關(guān)的文件，如發(fā)票，銀行發(fā)票，保險(xiǎn)單等以此確認(rèn)貨物的價(jià)值，數(shù)量或品名。

　　4-6 課文：The exporter has to submit to the customs authorities the Shipping Bill or Export Declaration or Outward Export Permit as may be prescribed by law in the prescribed form.

　　注釋：Shipping Bill: 裝運(yùn)單 Export Declaration: 出口申報(bào)單 Export Permit: 出口許可證

　　課文意思：出口商必須按照法律已規(guī)定的格式向海關(guān)當(dāng)局提交裝運(yùn)單或出口申報(bào)單或出口許可證。

　　4-7 課文：The Shipping Bill may be accompanied by such documents as may be prescribed by the customs authorities, for example, invoices and packaging list, export licence (for controlled goods), inspection certificate (wherever applicable), health certificate for live animals, etc.

　　注釋：accompany by: 伴隨，隨著 packaging list: 包裝單 export licence: 出口許可證 controlled goods: 受控貨物 inspection certificate：檢驗(yàn)證書(shū) applicable: 可適用的，可應(yīng)用的 health certificate: 健康證書(shū)，檢疫證書(shū) live animals: 活動(dòng)物(live: 活的)

　　課文意思：裝運(yùn)單可能須附有海關(guān)當(dāng)局要求的其他文件，如發(fā)票和包裝單，出口許可證(對(duì)受控貨物)，檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)，活動(dòng)物檢疫證書(shū)等。
