新課改高考英語題與傳統(tǒng)高考試題相比最大的變化最主要體現(xiàn)在新題型上。新題型在閱讀理解試題上體現(xiàn)得最為明顯，各地高考先后出現(xiàn)了七選五閱讀理解、任務(wù)型閱讀、任務(wù)型讀寫、閱讀表達、閱讀簡答等不同的閱讀試題模式。

　　一、七選五閱讀理解

　　題型解讀：在2009年高考英語試卷中多個地區(qū)采用“七選五”型閱讀理解題，試題模式為：給出一篇缺少5個句子的文章，對應(yīng)有七個選項，要求同學(xué)們根據(jù)文章結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容，選出正確的句子，填入相應(yīng)的空白處。由于是給出了的選項，個別選項間區(qū)分度不大，試題的難度較常規(guī)閱讀試題有所增加，而且會出現(xiàn)由于一處誤選導(dǎo)致多處問題的后果。根據(jù)試題的特點，在實際做題過程中，同學(xué)們不妨采用“先看選項定位含義——再看正文仔細分析——最后把選項與正文對應(yīng)確定答案”的模式。

　　例1 (2009年遼寧卷)根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容， 從短文后的選項中選出能填入空白處的最佳選項，選項中有兩項為多余選項。
