　　考研英語中大作文的要求是內(nèi)容切題、表達(dá)清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語言規(guī)范。小作文考察點(diǎn)在信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋、語言的準(zhǔn)確性、文章組織的連貫性上。

　　其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢問信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請信、辭職信等等二十多種應(yīng)用文。每個類別都有相對固定的語言模式，都有固定詞語要求。

　　詢問信是希望獲取信息的信件，分為三個部分：1. 說明自己的計(jì)劃或目的，也就是詢問信息的原因;2. 征詢具體信息;3. 期待回復(fù)并表示感謝。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　引言部分自我介紹并講明詢問目的→發(fā)展部分是詢問的主要內(nèi)容→最后期待回復(fù)并表示感謝。

　　注意：

　　為了讓對方一目了然，也便于回答，在內(nèi)容的安排上應(yīng)該簡明扼要，可以用數(shù)字列出具體問題，如first, second, third or 1、2、3。

　　由于詢問有可能給對方帶來麻煩，所以語言應(yīng)簡潔、清晰、無歧義。語氣禮貌、懇切。

　　范文解析：

　　Directions: You are going to take part in the TOEFL and want to get some reference materials.

　　Write a letter of no less than 100 words to a bookstore to ask for several kinds of materials you want. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Wang Hua” instead. Do not write the address.

　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　I will take TOEFL this June and quality preparation materials are essential to success in the test. I wonder if you have the following reference materials in your bookstore:

　　a) a vocabulary book covering the 9000 words for TOEFL;

　　b) original test and simulated test papers with keys;

　　c) model essays;

　　d) a Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English.

　　By the way, how do you deliver these materials to me? How fast can they be delivered after you receive my subscription? How do I pay you?
