　　21、這題要理解整個句子，同時分析詞語的意思。是說三年的重組（restructure）在公司的一份積極的報表里達到了最高潮，這份報表先于將于八月初發(fā)布的官方中期結(jié)果。首先從意思上看，terminate表示終止，肯定不選，重組不會因為一份積極的報表就終止，何況還是非官方的；accomplish和complete都表示實現(xiàn)、完成，也不對，重組(restructure)的實現(xiàn)，一定會通過官方的報告來宣布，不會通過一份簡單的積極的報表，所以從意思上看，應(yīng)該選擇culminate，達到高潮。
　　22題，中期的結(jié)果，interim results，不能選outcome，outcome是指the result or effect of an action or event。某個具體的行為或者某件事的結(jié)果，比較正式。
　　23題，去年同期，用equivalent。
