　　這篇文章與其說(shuō)是一則報(bào)告，不如說(shuō)是一個(gè)有點(diǎn)承諾和保證性質(zhì)的宣言（statement）。一個(gè)醫(yī)藥公司，在各種不利因素下，怎么克服困難，實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定目標(biāo)。
　　21題，要做對(duì)這題得從全文來(lái)看。上面已經(jīng)說(shuō)了，這篇文章不是簡(jiǎn)單的報(bào)告，主席在會(huì)上對(duì)眾人表態(tài)：公司要繼續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，然后實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)。相當(dāng)于是承諾書(shū)和保證書(shū)。這句里有個(gè)詞很關(guān)鍵：resolve，決心、決定的意思。把保證書(shū)出版出來(lái)，彰顯我們的決心。所以這空用commitment。不選A，warranty是合同里的保證書(shū)，專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)，保險(xiǎn)里的保單、保證。
　　22題，很高興的向各位報(bào)告我們達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。用report。inform和notify都是通知，在這里意思不對(duì)。原本就是在做報(bào)告，不是通知。
　　23題，set out to do，開(kāi)始著手時(shí)，出發(fā)時(shí)要做的事。set aside，把什么放置一旁，不予理會(huì)；set up，創(chuàng)建。
　　24題，銷(xiāo)售和收益分別取得了4%和6%的增長(zhǎng)。用respectively，表示分別的，各自的。serially是連續(xù)的，一系列的；consecutively是連續(xù)的，連貫的；sequentially是按次序的，相繼的。
　　25題，理解了意思容易選。是說(shuō)專利到期后有巨額虧損。用following，表示considerable losses是跟隨在專利到期后的。B不對(duì)，除非是用resulted from。
　　26題，也要理解前后文意思。這一句就是說(shuō)在多方利好條件下，公司將實(shí)現(xiàn)終極目標(biāo)（deliver the final part our target，話說(shuō)deliver這個(gè)動(dòng)詞用的有看頭）。26空就是關(guān)于5個(gè)新發(fā)布的產(chǎn)品的，該產(chǎn)品也會(huì)對(duì)最終的目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)，用contribution，捐贈(zèng)、投資和補(bǔ)貼，都不吻合這里的意思。
　　27題，以兩位數(shù)在增長(zhǎng)。英文里兩位數(shù)的說(shuō)法是double figures，美語(yǔ)是double digits:：the numbers from 10 to 99。
　　28題，這是地道的報(bào)告中的套話。“我相信，通過(guò)。。。。的努力，公司能夠保持強(qiáng)勁的增長(zhǎng)，使我們能保持在行業(yè)的最前端。”forefront，最前部。foreground是最突出的位置。
　　29題，科技的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的壓力，敦促我們行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了巨大的變革。四個(gè)詞的中文意思貌似都可以，但用法有區(qū)別。impel是推動(dòng)某人做某事；urge是力勸，一般也和人有關(guān)；thrust是猛推，刺，看個(gè)例句：The tree thrusts its branches high.這棵樹(shù)的枝條伸得高高的。用force。
　　30題，respond to，對(duì)什么做出回應(yīng)，固定用法。用meet的話不需要后面的to。
