    1） The contact name and company name are correct.聯(lián)系人姓名和公司名稱(chēng)是正確的。

    2） The letter is addressed to an individual， if possible.可能的話，將求職信發(fā)送給特定招聘人。

    3） Letter mentions the position you are applying for and where it was listed.信中注明你申請(qǐng)的職位以及你是在哪里找到這一招聘信息的。

    4） Your personal information （name， address， home phone， cell phone， email） is all included and correct.信中包括你全部的私人信息（姓名，地址，家庭電話，手機(jī)號(hào)碼，郵箱地址），并準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。

    9） Font is 10 or 12 points and easy to read （Times New Roman or Arial， for example）。
