書信正文一般分為三個(gè)部分
（1） Introduction 介紹
英文原文：To avoid abruptness and impoliteness， the first part of the body is often a brief introduction， informing the reader why you are writing or what the letter is about by referring to previous letter， contract or document.
注釋：abruptness： 突然， 唐突， （舉止， 言談等的）粗魯無理 impoliteness： 無禮，粗魯 brief： 簡單的，簡短的，簡潔的 inform： 告知，通知，告訴 refer to： 提到，查閱 previous： 在前的，早先的
中文意思：為了避免唐突無禮，正文的第一部分通常是做一個(gè)簡短的介紹，告知閱信人你寫信的原因或書信的內(nèi)容，并提及以往的信函、合同或者單據(jù)。
�。�2） Details 詳細(xì)敘述部分
英文原文：Details provide information in a logical order. Usually key ideas are given before less important points. It also includes the answers to questions asked by the other party， including actions to take and the actions that have been taken， indicating enclosure or else.
注釋：ask for information： 打聽消息 key： 關(guān)鍵的 idea： 意見，想法，主意 action： 行動(dòng)，行為，態(tài)度 indicate： 指出，表明，顯示 enclosure： 隨信附件 else： 別的，其他的
中文意思：按邏輯順序列出詳細(xì)的信息。通常關(guān)鍵的問題觀點(diǎn)要放在次重要的觀點(diǎn)前面。這部分還包括你對(duì)對(duì)方提出問題的回答，以及將要采取的行動(dòng)和已經(jīng)采取的行動(dòng)，指出隨函附件或者其他信息。
（3） Close 結(jié)尾段落
英文原文：This is the closing paragraph of the body. It is usually a single sentence to indicate the end of the body in a courteous manner.
注釋：courteous： 有禮貌的， 謙恭的 manner： 態(tài)度，舉止；禮節(jié)
中文意思：這一部分是正文的結(jié)尾段落。通常單獨(dú)的一句禮貌的話語表示出正文的結(jié)尾。
7）Complimentary close 結(jié)尾敬語，結(jié)尾客套話
英文原文：The complimentary close serves as a polite， complimentary transition from the end of the message to your personal signature.
注釋：polite： 有禮貌的， 客氣的， 有教養(yǎng)的 complimentary： 贊美的；表示敬意的；問候的 transition： 過渡，轉(zhuǎn)換 personal signature： 個(gè)人簽名
中文意思：以禮貌、敬意的方式做結(jié)尾敬語，從信函信息結(jié)尾過渡到你的個(gè)人簽名部分。
