4. Consideration 周到或替他人考慮原則
注意要點(diǎn)：
英文原文：Consideration means you should be considerate of your reader. It is the quality that enables us to refuse to perform a favor and at the same time keep a friend， to refuse a customer‘s request without killing all hope of future business.
注釋：be considerate of： 體諒 enable： 使能夠， 使成為可能 refuse： （常與to連用）拒絕；不接受 favor： 好感；厚愛(ài)；偏袒；偏愛(ài) at the same time： 同時(shí) kill： 毀掉
中文意思：周到原則是指你應(yīng)當(dāng)體諒你的讀者。實(shí)質(zhì)就是我們要做到拒絕給以幫助的同時(shí)又要保持友好，在不毀掉所有未來(lái)商業(yè)合作希望的情況下拒絕客戶的請(qǐng)求。
英文原文：If you cannot meet your customer‘s needs or requests， you should show you interest in and concern for their requests， use positive sentences instead of using negative sentences， and stress what you can do， but don’t stress what we cannot do.
注釋：concern： 關(guān)心 positive： 肯定的， 實(shí)際的， 積極的， 絕對(duì)的 sentence： 句子 instead of： 而不是…，代替 negative： 否定的， 消極的， 負(fù)的 stress： 強(qiáng)調(diào)，重視
中文意思：如果你不能滿足客戶的需要或者請(qǐng)求，你應(yīng)當(dāng)表現(xiàn)出你對(duì)他們的要求很感興趣并且非常關(guān)心，盡量用肯定積極的句子，而不用否定消極的句子，并且強(qiáng)調(diào)你能做什么，而不強(qiáng)調(diào)我們不能做什么。
5.Completeness 完整原則
英文原文：A business letter is complete when it contains all the facts the reader needs.
中文意思：一封商業(yè)信函應(yīng)當(dāng)是完整的，包含所有閱讀者需要的細(xì)節(jié)。
