設備交接單：它是集裝箱進出灌區(qū)、場站時、用箱人、運箱人與管箱人或其代理人之間交接集裝箱及其他機械設備的憑證，并兼管箱人發(fā)放集裝箱的憑證的功能。當集裝箱或機械設備在集裝箱碼頭堆場或貨運站借出或回收時，由碼頭堆場或貨運站制作設備交接單，經(jīng)雙方簽字后，作為兩者之間設備交接的憑證。
集裝箱設備交接單分進場和出場兩種，交接手續(xù)均在碼頭堆場大門口辦理。出碼頭堆場時，碼頭堆場工作人員與用箱人、運箱人就設備交接單上的以下主要內(nèi)容共同進行審核：用箱人名稱和地址，出堆場時間與目的，集裝箱箱號、規(guī)格、封志號以及是空箱還是重箱，有關機械設備的情況，正常還是異常等。
進碼頭堆場時，碼頭堆場的工作人員與用箱人、運箱人就設備交接單上的下列內(nèi)容共同進行審核：集裝箱、機械設備歸還日期、具體時間及歸還時的外表狀況，集裝箱、機械設備歸還人的名稱與地址，進堆場的目的，整箱貨交箱貨主的名稱和地址，擬裝船的船次、航線、卸箱港等。
