　　A number of factors account for the problem, but the follwing are the most critical ones .In the first place, the number of people notice their healthy than before ,so they go to hospital more than before. The second place, the medical reform is not successful in hospital, doctors are  not enough .The last place, some new medicines for fever and cough are more expensive than before ,At the same time, the cheaper medicines are not be production .

　　How to solve the problem in the medical treatment? Firsr of all, people should realize that they can keep their own healty by some good habits, Second, the government should increace the money in the hospital, develop the quantity and quality of the doctors. Thirdly, the reform of medicine price should carry out in the hospital.
