“想不開”這件事，從心態(tài)上說可以是悲觀，從精神上說可以是鉆牛角尖。漢語里跟這個(gè)詞有類似意思的表達(dá)實(shí)在太多了，今天我們來說說英語里是怎么表達(dá)這個(gè)意思的。
1. Don't take such small things to heart.
別為這些小事想不開。
2. She was deserted by her lover, and in despair she took her own life.
她被愛人拋棄，一時(shí)想不開就自殺了。
3. He is a gloomy person, who always holds a pessimistic view towards things.
他就是個(gè)悲觀的人，無論什么事總是想不開。
4. Why are you so pessimistic? While there is life, there is hope.
你別這么想不開，留得青山在，不怕沒柴燒！
5. He took things too hard, and ended his life by hanging himself at home.
因?yàn)橐粫r(shí)想不開，他在家結(jié)束了自己的生命。
