傭金（Commission）是指賣方或買方支付給中間商代理買賣或介紹交易的服務(wù)酬金。
我國的外貿(mào)專業(yè)公司，在代理國內(nèi)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)，通常由雙方簽訂協(xié)議規(guī)定代理傭金比率，而對(duì)外報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)，傭金率不明示在價(jià)格中，這種傭金稱之為"暗傭"。如果在價(jià)格條款中，明確表示傭金多少，稱為"明傭"。在我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易中，主要出現(xiàn)在我國出口企業(yè)向國外中間商的報(bào)價(jià)中。
包含傭金的合同價(jià)格，稱為含傭價(jià)，通常以含傭價(jià)乘以傭金率，得出傭金額。其計(jì)算公式為：
傭金＝含傭價(jià)X傭金率
傭金＝含傭價(jià)－凈價(jià)
整理后得含傭價(jià)和凈價(jià)的關(guān)系：
含擁價(jià)＝凈價(jià)／1-擁金率
傭金通常以英文縮寫字母C表示。比如每公噸1000美元 CFR 西雅圖包含傭金2％，可寫成：每公噸1000美元 CFR C2西雅圖。其中的"C2"即表示傭金率為2％ 。
賣方應(yīng)在收妥貨款后，再向中間商支付傭金。
