1、我司從XXXXX得知貴司的名稱和地址。
We obtained your name and address from XXXXXX.
2、我方對你方的XX產(chǎn)品很興趣，此產(chǎn)品在我這里很暢銷。不知現(xiàn)在此產(chǎn)品是否可供出口？
We're very interested in （your goods），they are sold very well here. Are they available for export for the time being？
3、我方多年來一直從事此產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易，是本地區(qū)最大的的供應商、出口商、進口商。
We have been trading in this goods for years，we are a big supplier/exporter/importer for our local market.
4、因我方對你方產(chǎn)品知道的不多，很希望你方能寄商品目錄及價目單，以供我方參考。
I have little information about your goods，I will really appreciate it if you can send me your catalogues and price list for our reference.
5、我方同這里好幾家百貨公司和超級市場都有業(yè)務聯(lián)系，相信數(shù)量是相當大的。
We have connections with quite a few big department stores and supermarkets here. I’m sure the quantities will be fairly big.
