邀請信簡介：主要說明邀請的原因、活動的地點和時間。

寫作“三步走”：說明邀請目的—>說明活動安排—>期待盡早回復(fù)

注意:信中要說明關(guān)于活動的詳細(xì)信息，包括活動時間、地點、內(nèi)容，有時需要說明參加活動的人員。語氣要熱情真摯，但不要強(qiáng)人所難。

1) the reasons of invitation,
