　　catch one’s breath 屏息/透不過氣來
　　catch out 發(fā)覺...有錯誤(或做壞事)
　　catch up with 趕上;對...產(chǎn)生惡果
　　catch up with是指從后面趕上來;keep up with 是指保持在同一個水平上，不落伍.
　　eg: I had to work hard to catch up the others, after missing a term.
　　休學(xué)一學(xué)期后，我必須努力用功，以趕上其他同學(xué).
　　He walked so fast so that she couldn’t keep up with him.
　　他走得很快，使得她無法跟上.
　　*其中overtake 也有趕上之意.
　　catch one’s eye 引起某人注意
