研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)如果一個(gè)做夢(mèng)的人在他的夢(mèng)結(jié)束之后馬上被叫醒,那么他一般能夠回憶出整個(gè)的夢(mèng)。如果他再睡上5分鐘,對(duì)于夢(mèng)的記憶就會(huì)逐漸消失。這就是為什么大多數(shù)人晚上做很多夢(mèng),但早上卻幾乎都不記得了。 |
