3）The inside address 封內(nèi)地址/收信人地址
英文原文：The inside address may consist of the following elements： the name of the addressee， the title of the addressee， the name of the firm and the mailing address of the firm.
注釋：inside address： 封內(nèi)地址，收信人地址 consist of： 由…組成 addressee： 收信人，收件人mailing address： 通信處，寄件地址
中文意思：封內(nèi)地址包括下面幾項要素：收件人的名稱，收件人的職位，公司的名稱和公司的寄件地址。
4）Salutation 稱呼
英文原文：In salutation， the formal way is to use the title and the last name of the person. The informal way is to use the first name of the person.
注釋：salutation： 一封信開頭的呼語，稱呼 formal： 正式的，合禮儀的 last name： = surname姓 informal： 不正式的，不拘禮節(jié)的 first name： 名
中文意思：信函開始的稱呼中，正式的方法是稱呼對方的頭銜和姓。較隨意的稱呼方法是稱
呼對方的名字。
例如：Dear Professor/Mr. Li （正式）
例如：Dear Allen （隨意）
5）Subject Line 事由，事由行
英文原文：It serves as a title of the letter message. You may type it in all capital letters and/or
underline it.
注釋：capital letter： 大寫字母
中文意思：事由行是用于信函信息的抬頭。你可以用大寫字母書寫并且/或者加下劃線。
例如： RE/SUBJECT： BICYCLE SPARE PARTS
6）Body of the letter 書信正文
英文原文：The body is the central part of the letter. The message is separated into
paragraphs with one blank space between them.
注釋：central： 中心的，中央的，主要的 separate into： 分成 paragraph： （文章）段， 節(jié)， 段落
blank space： 空白區(qū)
中文意思：書信正文是信函的主要部分。分成各個段落，用一行空白行隔開。
