近日，交通銀行、廣東發(fā)展銀行等部分銀行調(diào)高同城ATM 跨行取款手續(xù)費，
引起各方關注。記者26日調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，四大行在北京、上海等城市并未調(diào)整同城ATM
跨行取款手續(xù)費。中國銀行業(yè)協(xié)會表示，調(diào)整ATM 跨行取款收費標準合法合規(guī)，
建議客戶根據(jù)自身情況選擇交易。

    記者通過查詢工、農(nóng)、中、建四大行在各大城市的客戶服務部門獲悉，目前
四大行在北京、上海同城跨行取款手續(xù)費仍為2 元/ 筆；而在天津、廣州等部分
城市，同城跨行取款手續(xù)費上調(diào)至4 元/ 筆已有一段時間。

    與此同時，一些股份制銀行大部分手續(xù)費仍為2 元/ 筆，光大銀行、中信銀
行每月前兩筆同城跨行免收手續(xù)費，民生銀行則是每月前三筆免費。

    在北京宣武門附近的農(nóng)行網(wǎng)點取款的羅女士表示，目前每筆2 元的收費還可
以接受，但如果手續(xù)費翻番她覺得太貴，“以單筆取款金額上限只有2500元的ATM
機為例，取1 萬元需要進行4 次操作，如果手續(xù)費翻番將達到16元。”

    中行相關負責人表示，根據(jù)商業(yè)銀行服務價格管理暫行辦法等有關規(guī)定，2006
年中行明確規(guī)定同城跨行取款手續(xù)費最高標準為4 元，各地一級分行可根據(jù)當?shù)?br /> 相關情況確定收費標準。
