　　My view on outside people enter big cities
 
　　A growing number of outside people enter big cities ,the increaceing populations make big cities burdensome.A lots of questions occurred accordingly.

　　The first problem is environmental pollution,a large number of big cities people produce lots of rubbishes,rubbishes can not through the circle of nature.the government have to spend a huge sum on treating rubbishes.The secend problem is the bigger works of society such as traffic, public order or security,the more expensive the government will spend.The third problem is abundant resources of country lie waste,ecological balance is destried.

　　The authorities should make laws and regulations to control outside people to enter big cities,at the same time,the authorities should encourage outside people to return home and help them to develop their businees.
