21.對本協(xié)議做出的任何修改都應引書面形式做出，并由雙方簽署。
All modifications of this agreement must be in writting and signed by the parties.
22賣方同意除本協(xié)議中的條款外，任何表述都不具可*性。
The seller agrees that no reliance has been placed on any representation other than the provisions contained in the agreement.
23.根據(jù)本協(xié)議規(guī)定，發(fā)出通知時一方在協(xié)議中指定的地點發(fā)出書面通知。
To give notice pursuant to this agreement，a paety must send written notice to the other party at the address stated in this agreement.
24.當?shù)刂钒l(fā)生變化時，一方必須在變動后90天內(nèi)通知另一方。
A party must notify the other party in writting of any change in address within 90 days of the effctive date of the change.
25.如接受這一要約，買方必須在2005年1月9日前在不改變要約的前提下簽字并返給對方。
To accept this offer，the buyer must sign and return it without any modifications to the sell，who must receive it no later than Jan.9th.2005.
26.本合同自賣方簽約之日起對雙方具有約束力。
This contract will be binding on both parties as of the date on which it is signed by the seller.
27.請注意你方接受這一訂單的條件在此函的背面。
Please note that your acceptance to the offeris subject to the conditions printed on the reverse of the letter.
28你方的訂單不會成為對雙方具有約束力的合同。
Your order will not create a binding contract between both parties.
29.除我方另行通知外在收到你方訂單90天內(nèi)我方交貨。
The delivery will be made within 90 days of our receipt of your order，unless weotherwise inform you.
30.如果我方在2004年9月9日前未收到你方的訂單，此要約撤消。
The offer will be canceled if we do not receive an order from you by sept.9th.2004.
