　　The Admiral Farragut Academy Tianjin counselor team has many years of experience in applying to top-ranking universities worldwide, providing comprehensive study abroad planning and career guidance services for all students. This school has long-term exchanges and co-operation with the US Embassy in China, the admissions officers of universities in various countries and has an accurate grasp of the trend of studying abroad.

　　Based on different grades, different student characteristics, combined with psychological and career evaluation results, the school provides students with a series of lectures, such as study abroad planning, career guidance, university admission guidance, to properly personalized student consultation to help students plan their exams properly. Exploring students’ uniqueness ,interests, choosing targeted courses and participating in social practice projects, allows students to create a distinctive and competitive application in all regards.

　　1. 美國駐華大使館合作方 US Embassy in China

　　我校為美國駐華使館文化處舉辦的春秋季大學(xué)展活動天津地區(qū)主辦方。同時，學(xué)校定期邀請優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生校友、畢業(yè)學(xué)生家長以及專業(yè)留學(xué)指導(dǎo)專家為在校學(xué)生分享寶貴留學(xué)經(jīng)驗。

　　Our school is the Tianjin area host for the spring and Autumn University Exhibition held by the Cultural Office of the US Embassy in China. Simultaneously, the school invites outstanding alumni, the parents of alumni educational experts to share their valuable study experience with students.

　　2. 1對1陪伴式跟蹤指導(dǎo) 1-to-1 companion tracking guidance

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師為每個學(xué)生，在升學(xué)前進(jìn)行1對1跟蹤服務(wù)，并結(jié)合學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況、學(xué)�；顒颖憩F(xiàn)、社團活動以及任課老師評價等各個方面全面記錄學(xué)生成長情況。

　　For each student, the counselor conducts a one-to-one assessment prior to progression in school, and comprehensively records student development in the areas of student learning, school performance, club activities, and teacher evaluation.

　　3. 階段性成長報告 Staged growth report

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師每學(xué)期對學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層次、面對面且有針對性的溝通，對學(xué)生目前情況及假期安排進(jìn)行規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)，并在每學(xué)期結(jié)束后，為學(xué)生和家長制作一份階段性成長報告。

　　The counselor will provide students with hierarchical, face-to-face and targeted communication every semester, plan and guide students’ current situation and holiday arrangements, and produce a staged growth report for students and parents after the end of each semester.

　　4. 課外活動專業(yè)指導(dǎo) Professional guidance for extracurricular activities

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師根據(jù)每個學(xué)生情況，對學(xué)生課外活動該如何選擇與參加，活動中如何積累留學(xué)申請素材等予以指導(dǎo)及培訓(xùn)。

　　According to each student’s situation, the counselor will guide and advise students on how to choose and participate in extracurricular activities, and how to assemble application materials for studying abroad.

　　5. RoadMap升學(xué)路線 Roadmap progression route

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師通過頭腦風(fēng)暴等發(fā)散性思維方式，深度挖掘?qū)W生潛力，了解學(xué)生潛在興趣點，與學(xué)生共同譜寫其“RoadMap”升學(xué)路線。

　　Through brainstorming and other divergent thinking methods, the counselor deeply explores the potential of students, understands the potential points of interest of students, and works with students to write their “Roadmap” progression route.

　　6. 擇校指導(dǎo)與文書潤色 Choosing school guidance and document retouching

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師為學(xué)生進(jìn)行海外大學(xué)擇校服務(wù)，并在學(xué)生已有文書的基礎(chǔ)上，予以1對1的加工潤色服務(wù)，打造個性化的留學(xué)申請文書。

　　The counselor provides students with a selection of overseas universities, and on the basis of the existing documents of the students, it provides a one-to-one processing and retouching service to create a personalized application for study abroad.

　　7. 留學(xué)申請流程指導(dǎo) Study application process guidance

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師為學(xué)生明確升學(xué)路徑，并在海外大學(xué)申請的每個環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)助學(xué)生進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。

　　The counselor clarifies the path for students to enter university and assists students in every step of their application.

　　8. 簽證申請指導(dǎo)及培訓(xùn) Visa application guidance and training

　　留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備簽證材料，協(xié)助預(yù)約面簽時間并輔導(dǎo)面簽。

　　The study plan tutor guides students to prepare visa applications and assists with visa interview.

　　9. 出國行前指導(dǎo) Guidance before going abroad

　　在學(xué)生留學(xué)前，由留學(xué)規(guī)劃導(dǎo)師對學(xué)生集中進(jìn)行出國行前指導(dǎo)，并在出國后由法拉古特海外校友會對學(xué)生進(jìn)行生活上的各項支持。

　　Before students leave, they are guided by the counselor, and after going abroad, they are supported by the Farragut Overseas Alumni Association.
