Last week I ordered a cell phone from the internet, and today I got the parcel, what is making my very angry is that the phone is not the one I saw in the internet, but a second-hand mobile phone, and what is worse, it doesn’t work at all!

　　Yesterday I read the news about people spreading records and pictures of the scandal of celebrities through the internet, thinking back of the arguments about the copy-right of digital artworks and the legality of transferring information through the internet, I just feel that it is greatly the time to make related laws to regulate the behavior and morality in network. Internet should be used as channel for publishing the good deeds and to improve the development of our society, not as a leak for ugly purposes and dishonest activities.
