謂語動詞要求使用虛擬語氣的狀語從句一般是由as if/as though引導。該從句中時態(tài)的選擇原則是：
�、� 如果從句中謂語動詞與主句謂語動詞同時進行，用過去進行時;
�、� 如果從句中謂語動詞表示與主句謂語動詞同時存在的狀態(tài)，用一般過去時，如1)。

�、� 如果從句中謂語動詞表示先于主句謂語動詞的動作或狀態(tài)，用過去完成時，如2)。
