在3月的最后，貝拉校隊(duì)和往常一樣又一次來(lái)到東單進(jìn)行社團(tuán)活動(dòng)以及校隊(duì)訓(xùn)練。由于這個(gè)周末開(kāi)始，就是學(xué)校的春假，所以有部分高一同學(xué)需要趕飛機(jī)和火車，遺憾地沒(méi)能出席這次社團(tuán)，但是值得高興得是，由于前段時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備托福而一直沒(méi)能參加訓(xùn)練的校隊(duì)主力中后衛(wèi)呂炆瑾同學(xué)這次也跟隨校隊(duì)其他成員一起參加了社團(tuán)活動(dòng)。

　　和前幾次訓(xùn)練一樣，全體隊(duì)員在做過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單地慢跑熱身之后，分成兩組進(jìn)行了帶球過(guò)障礙以及繩梯步伐訓(xùn)練。之后Gavin隊(duì)長(zhǎng)對(duì)于在周中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題做出了針對(duì)性的訓(xùn)練。球隊(duì)中門將和后衛(wèi)以及后衛(wèi)和中前場(chǎng)的連接還不是很流暢，隊(duì)員們彼此間還沒(méi)有形成足夠的默契，這一次，訓(xùn)練中便加入了傳球以及跑位的專門訓(xùn)練。

　　最后，是隊(duì)內(nèi)的分組對(duì)抗賽，紅方隊(duì)員有薛韜，呂炆瑾，賀可嘉，呂天昊，張瀚琪。藍(lán)方則是段章啟，王薦樹(shù)，李朝陽(yáng)，張芾曦。這一次，紅方特意安排了人盯人戰(zhàn)術(shù)，因?yàn)槿藬?shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，每個(gè)人都可以去牽制住一名對(duì)手，在上半場(chǎng)的熟悉戰(zhàn)術(shù)后，下半場(chǎng)紅方的進(jìn)攻如行云流水般流暢，也取得了可喜的效果，打進(jìn)了不少精彩的進(jìn)球。相比之下，藍(lán)方本次的配合卻頻繁出現(xiàn)失誤，在少一人作戰(zhàn)的情況下，只得保守的在后場(chǎng)防守，偶爾進(jìn)行防守反擊，在被一人或多人牽制的情況下，沒(méi)有占據(jù)多少優(yōu)勢(shì)，在丟球后，顯得更加被動(dòng)。

　　On the very last day of March, members of Bela Roar Club had their training and club activities in Dongdan as per usual. Due to the start of Spring Holiday this weekend, many members were off on their trips and couldn’t participate in the training. Fortunately, Chris , our star defender was back with us this time after a few weeks of absence due to preparation for his TOEFL Examination.

　　Similar to the former training, team members started off with simple warm-ups and runs. Then they were divided into two groups in which they drilled on techniques like dribbling past obstacles. After that, Captain Gavin devised training meant to target at the weaknesses identified from the former practices. Such areas of improvement include a lack of smoothness during the transitions from the middle fields to defenders and a lack of cooperation in general among team members.

　　The training ended off with a inter-team match. The Red Team deployed the man-to-man strategy due to their numerical superiority. After familiarizing themselves with the strategy during the first half, the Red Team went on to maximize their advantage during the second half and was rewarded with a many brilliant goals. In contrast, the Blue Team was troubled by frequent carelessness and a deficient of team members. Their situation worsened after losing a feel goals to their opponents.

　　On a side note, our club welcomed a new, mystical member who is now behind the screen (secretly yawning and) typing out all of these brilliantly phrased expressions and paragraphs. From now on, she will be in charge of publicity of the club especially in English. She currently resides in Singapore with family and a never-ending longing for her younger brother.
