仲夏是石楠泛紅、薔薇飄香的時節(jié)，北京天悅學(xué)校部分在京的中外籍教師在這個櫻桃成熟的季節(jié)開展了中外聯(lián)誼團(tuán)隊活動。老師們走進(jìn)大自然采摘櫻桃，不僅釋放了心情，更熟悉了解了彼此，為未來的合作培養(yǎng)了團(tuán)隊合作意識。大家用彼此最真誠的微笑，最歡欣的鼓勵，讓這個新成立的團(tuán)隊變得更有凝聚力更有向心力。

　　鮮嫩欲滴的櫻桃，顆顆晶瑩飽滿，酸酸甜甜的味道誘惑著游人伸手采摘。老師們?nèi)�五成群，結(jié)隊進(jìn)入園子。一棵棵櫻桃樹上，稀疏的葉子遮擋著一個個黃中帶紅的櫻桃，櫻桃一個個圓滾滾的，甚是可愛，在陽光的照射下，更引人垂涎。

　　正是“四月江南黃鳥肥，櫻桃滿市粲朝暉”。枝頭吸吸取陽光較多的櫻桃相對個頭兒更大，也更甘甜，老師們也兀自攀起腳尖，摘下來的櫻桃也映著歡欣。

　　一個團(tuán)隊成功的精髓，除了熟悉與了解，更重要的是合作。在采摘過后，天悅團(tuán)隊在羅馬湖畔進(jìn)行了野餐和破冰游戲。成員們分成了三組，每組按不同成員的構(gòu)成起了相應(yīng)的名字和口號。

　　高校長所在的隊伍Super Star，人數(shù)雖少但群星閃耀，實力強勁。

　　由中國教師和澳大利亞老師構(gòu)成的隊伍取名Pangaroo(兩國國寶：Panda 熊貓 + Kangaroo袋鼠)，備受矚目。

　　而最壯大最融合的一隊則是Magnifico 10，人多力量大。

　　雖然隊名取好了，但是隊員只記住對方的臉，彼此還不認(rèn)識。“蘿卜蹲”這個游戲就是讓大家記熟彼此的名字。外國人玩蘿卜蹲會不會太難了?當(dāng)然不會，天悅的外國老師悟性很強，馬上就掌握的游戲的精髓，不僅名字記得準(zhǔn)，反應(yīng)快，還贏得了比賽。

　　另外一個破冰游戲是BINGO，參與者都會拿到一張事先準(zhǔn)備好的紙，紙上有多個問題需要按要求填滿，包括外表特征、性格特征、鮮為人知的事……游戲者需要找到特征相符的小伙伴，填上名字，看誰能最先填完。游戲之前，每個人素不相識，人與人之間就像有堵無形的墻，逐漸大家開始交流、開始慢慢了解對方，瞬間打破隔閡。

　　為了讓外教老師能更好的了解中國文化，組織者特別設(shè)置了猜成語這個游戲。由中國老師表演已知成語，中外混合隊伍接力表演，由最后一位成員猜出該成語。游戲過程中，老師們歡笑不斷，默契十足，羅馬湖畔洋溢著和諧的歡聲笑語。一個人做不到的事情，一個團(tuán)隊卻能做到。從無到有，團(tuán)隊中每個成員都發(fā)揮所長，游戲激發(fā)了潛能，讓彼此更和諧融洽。

　　本次活動組織者，北京天悅學(xué)校人力資源部總監(jiān)金慧表示，希望通過此次活動讓大家庭成員新相識或者再重逢時加深彼此的感情，采摘櫻桃的歡快經(jīng)歷、野餐中的愉悅心情都將為今后團(tuán)隊的相互鼓勵與協(xié)作奠定基礎(chǔ)。天悅的大家庭成員來自不同國家，有著不同的文化和職業(yè)背景，在這樣一個多元文化共融的環(huán)境中，天悅將履行學(xué)校的社會責(zé)任，為社區(qū)、同事、學(xué)生與合作伙伴做出積極貢獻(xiàn)，為創(chuàng)建一個溫暖和諧、相互尊重和理解、相互關(guān)愛和協(xié)作的人性化工作環(huán)境而努力，以全力支持學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)發(fā)展和同仁的職業(yè)成長。

　　天悅的中外教師團(tuán)建不若說是一次大聚會。櫻桃映紅敘濃情，在這樣一個鳥語蟬鳴的周末，天悅團(tuán)隊凝心聚力之魂猶如一粒飽滿的種子在天悅厚沃的土壤緩緩生了根，發(fā)了芽，期待這個秋季的萬木蔥蘢。

　　JOY EL enjoyed its first Chinese and expat team outing on Saturday June 3rd. Cherry picking, picnicking and lots of fun games enabled team members to start to get to know each other and prepare for working together in the future.

　　Blessed with beautiful weather, the team started the day by heading east to the lush fruits of the cherry orchards. What a fabulous way to shake off the strains and stresses of the week: picking the red, ripe fruit, climbing the trees to reach the largest, sweetest cherries that get most sun on the top, enjoying the calm, peaceful environment.

　　After cherry picking, the JOY EL team visited Luo Ma lake for a fun and delicious picnic after which it was games time. Teachers and staff were divided into three groups. Each group created their own team name and slogan. Director Vivian Gao’s team called itself The Superstars; a team of Chinese and Australian teachers called themselves Pangaroo in appreciation of their two national treasures – the Panda and the Kangaroo, and the largest group was called The Magnificent 10.

　　Games included The Carrot Squat, BINGO, and memory quizes. Fun questioning games about each other revealed lots of interesting facts about the team members, and Chinese idiom games introduced some Chinese cultural knowledge too! It was a great team-building day out, full of fun for everyone!

　　Joy EL's Cherry picking family day was a great opportunity to engage new colleagues and their families. I look forward to building many more happy memories at Joy El.
