雅思口語(yǔ)：巧用傳統(tǒng)Topic移花接木

　　季節(jié)和天氣一直是雅思口語(yǔ)的傳統(tǒng)話題。在第一部分幾乎是每次必考，雖然這類卡片在第二部分的出現(xiàn)率不是非常高，但也會(huì)不時(shí)突襲。從另一個(gè)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，季節(jié)和天氣的談?wù)摽梢载灤┑胶芏嗫碱}之中去論述。比如應(yīng)對(duì)關(guān)于體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的卡片時(shí)，我們也可以略帶描述一下做該運(yùn)動(dòng)的適宜天氣。
　　在談?wù)撟约核艿降膸椭鷷r(shí)，也可以說(shuō)自己在下著傾盆大雨的半晚，有個(gè)朋友借出了自己的傘。在最近由機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社和教育集團(tuán)共同出版的《每天三小時(shí)沖刺雅思口語(yǔ)》一書(shū)中，主編沙莎老師指出，其實(shí)很多話題之間都可以相互套用，以移花接木的方法來(lái)幫助自己事半功倍。
　　在季節(jié)類的考題中，經(jīng)常會(huì)涉及到的問(wèn)題有：
　　◆ What is your favorite season?
　　◆ What is special about this season?
　　◆ What do people usually do in this season?
　　◆ Why do you like this season?
　　而有些考題是以某種天氣為考點(diǎn)的，其中比較多見(jiàn)的就是要求描述一種險(xiǎn)惡天氣：
　　◆ What is the worst weather you have experienced?
　　◆ When did you experience it?
　　◆ What did you see?
　　◆ How did you feel under the worst condition?
　　一般來(lái)說(shuō)，談?wù)摷竟?jié)和天氣可以從氣候特征、植物動(dòng)物、人們所從事的活動(dòng)和我的心理狀態(tài)等多方面著手。下面，我們就跟著沙莎老師的思路，一起先來(lái)看一張關(guān)于季節(jié)的卡片：

　　{原創(chuàng)范例} My favorite season is summer. I can’t wait till it starts. Yes, it sometimes gets very hot and sultry. But I don’t care. At least I don’t have to fight with bulky overcoats or down coats.
　　這篇的開(kāi)頭以非常簡(jiǎn)潔的方式引出主題，是較為傳統(tǒng)的方式。在論述的過(guò)程中用了欲揚(yáng)先抑的手法，先提了一下夏天令人不快的地方，但是注意只能一兩句帶過(guò)，千萬(wàn)不能論述太多而導(dǎo)致偏題。其次，也用了對(duì)比反襯的策略，提到冬天的不便之處。以論述對(duì)冬天的厭惡來(lái)反襯對(duì)夏天的熱愛(ài)。其實(shí)也就是將夏天和冬天做了一個(gè)對(duì)比。
　　{原創(chuàng)范例}Summer means life, blue skies, gentle breeze, white beaches, and green trees. I love the warmth, the plenty of sunshine it brings and the way people look in tan. In summer, girls wear cute skirts and lovely sunbonnets. All the beautiful colors go around in this season. And you can feel the longing to go outdoors and experience an adventure.
　　這段也是以非常通俗的語(yǔ)言以細(xì)化的方式描述了夏天的氣候特征、景物、人們的穿著打扮等�！睹刻烊r(shí)沖刺雅思口語(yǔ)》的主編沙莎老師告訴我們，在考場(chǎng)里一定要拓寬自己的思路，千萬(wàn)不能一說(shuō)到季節(jié)就局限于氣候特征上，要學(xué)會(huì)從多方面著手，這就要求大家在入考場(chǎng)前做好思路的整理。
　　{原創(chuàng)范例}It is the ice cream season and it is the season of a variety of fruit, such as peaches, strawberries and watermelons. I love those after going swimming or hiking.
　　這段討論的是比較傳統(tǒng)的相關(guān)季節(jié)卡片的內(nèi)容。描述了水果和冰激凌。當(dāng)說(shuō)到這個(gè)季節(jié)盛產(chǎn)的東西的時(shí)候我們也可以學(xué)習(xí)上段所用到的詞組the season of來(lái)引出。
　　{原創(chuàng)范例} plus, it is also a time of great relaxation. You’ll always marvel at how much fun and entertainment can be squeezed into summer. There are summer vacations, swimming, surfing, picnics, fishing and boating. There is always something going on and there are always people enjoying nature. I love summertime because it is linked to most of my best memories and it never fails to trigger my passion in life.
　　最后這一段描述了人們的夏季活動(dòng)，最后一句總結(jié)了喜愛(ài)這個(gè)季節(jié)的原因。其中，squeeze這個(gè)詞用的非常生動(dòng)，原意為“壓入、塞入”，在這里非常形象的說(shuō)明夏日給我們帶來(lái)了無(wú)盡的快樂(lè)。trigger表示“觸發(fā)、扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)”，在這里表示“觸發(fā)熱情”。
